너싱홈 어르신들을 위한 콘서트

8월 5일과 22일에는 드윗 요양원의 다민족 어르신들을 찾아가  귀에 익숙한 클래식음악과 성가곡 등으로 어르신들을 위로하며 행복을 전하고 돌아왔습니다.

특히 22일에는 ‘주니어 발런티어 캠프’ 에 참가중인 중고등학생 봉사자들이 참여해 어르신들의 외로움을 달래드리고 준비한 선물을 드리는 등 함께 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다.

On August 5th and 22nd, EnoB visited DeWitt Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manhattan. We performed Classic music and opera songs for senior citizens who enjoyed the performance.
Especially on August 22nd, Middle and High school volunteers who are participating in 'Junior Volunteer Camp' spent an amazing time performing to senior citizens at the center.

어린이 입원환자들을 위한 콘서트

8월 14일에는 맨하탄에 있는 컬럼비아 어린이 병원을 방문해 아이들과 함께 뮤지컬 음악으로 하나가 될 수 있었습니다. 미녀와 야수 소품을 이용해 마치 실제 뮤지컬을 보는 듯한 즐거운 공연이 될 수 있었습니다.

On August 14th, EnoB visited New York-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley children's hospital and shared musical songs with children. We used props from Beauty and the Beast and children experienced an enjoyable moment as if they were watching a real Broadway show.

여성장애인을 위한 콘서트

8월 21일에는 The Initiative for Women with Disabilities의 여성 장애인들과 함께 대중적인 팝음악을 들려드리며 행복한 시간을 보내고 돌아왔습니다.

입원환자들을 위한 콘서트

8 월 6일 세브란스병원에서 진행된 이노비 콘서트에는 70명 가량의 환자와 가족 분들이 참여해주신 가운데, 다소 낯선 곡들이 섞여 있었음에도 높은 집중력으로 많은 분들이 힐링을 얻고 가셨습니다. 특히 이번 공연에는 이노비의 새로운 음악감독이 되신 김인하 선생님이 참여해 자리를 빛내주셨습니다.

On August 6th, EnoB held a concert for 70 people including patients and their families at Severance Hospital in Seoul, Korea. Many patients focused on music  although some songs were unfamiliar to them. Especially, EnoB's new music director, InHa Kim, made the day even more special with her talents!

입원환자들을 위한 콘서트

8월 20일에는 서울시 어린이병원을 방문해 병동순회 공연을하고 돌아왔습니다. 특히 이번공연에는  김인하 선생님, 이지연 선생님, 방상숙 선생님들께서 4개의 병동을 돌며 1시간이 넘도록 열정적인 공연을 전해셨습니다.

On August 20th, EnoB Seoul visited Seoul Children's Hospital. InHa Kim, JeeYeon Lee and SangSook Bang visited 4 hospital wards and shared an amazing hour with many children.

EnoB Junior Volunteer Camp

이 노비는 8월 18일부터 23일까지 중고등학생 봉사자들로 이루어진 “이노비 주니어 발런티어”들과 함께 여름 캠프를 진행했습니다. 이번 캠프에서는 콜럼비아 대학교 Teachers College 대학원에 재학 중이신 차지혜선생님과 함께 “나눔이란 무엇인가”라는 주제를 통해 그들의 재능과 가능성을 발견하고 리더십을 키우는 시간을 가졌습니다.

이를 위해 이노비 주니어 발런티어들은 22일 드윗요양원 이노비 아웃리치 콘서트에 봉사자로 참여해 이노비가 생각하는 “Spreading Happiness”에 대해서 배우며 진정한 나눔이란 무엇인가를 몸소 체험했습니다.
앞으로 우리 사회의 훌륭한 리더들로 성장할 이노비 주니어 봉사자들을 이노비가 응원합니다.

From August 18th to 23rd, EnoB held a "Junior volunteer Camp" for middle and high school students who wishes to be an EnoBian for summer. JiHae Cha who's currently studying education at Columbia Teachers College shared her words "what is sharing" to promote possibilities and engage leadership.
Our Junior Volunteers participated in EnoB outreach Concert at Dewitt Rehabilitation and Nursing Center and learned about what sharing is and what and how EnoB wishes to "spread Happiness" to our community.
EnoB supports our junior volunteers to be valuable leaders !

Korean Student Organization of FIT(KSOF)

KSOF 는 FIT에 재학중인 한국인 유학생 및 한국 교포학생들의 뉴욕생활 적응, 학업 및 취업 등 각종 정보 교류와 졸업생들의 관계를 증진시키기 위해 2011년에 발족된 단체입니다. KSOF는 뉴욕의 다른 예술대학교 및 종합대학교들과 다양한 행사를 준비하고 참여함으로써 뉴욕 한인 학생들의 관계발전 및 각종 정보 교류에도 힘쓰고 있습니다.  
 
특히 EnoB가 추구하는 Spreading Happiness 처럼 작은 나눔과 봉사로 같이 행복을 추구하고 사람들을 웃게할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 학생 전시회를 통해 작품을 선보이고 나아가 판매 수익금을 기부함으로써 재능기부를 할 수 있는 점에 매력을 느껴 이번 행사에 함께 하게 되었습니다.


This Organization was founded in 2011 to promote Korean Students at FIT to engage and share opportunities. KSOF participates and coordinates in many events with other art schools in New York for better relationship within Korean art society.

They share the same goals as EnoB to spread Happiness by sharing and helping others to smile. They also love to share their talents to people who enjoy art and from this partnership, they wishes to share and spread talents.

Pratt Korean Student Association(PKSA)

Pratt 은 현재 미술대학 중 한인학생의 비율이 가장 높은 학교 중 하나입니다. 2012년 3월, 한인학생회의 필요성을 절실히 느낀 소수 재학생은 '도움을 주고 받는 커뮤니티' 목적아래 프랫한인학생회 (PKSA)를 결성하였습니다. PKSA의 가장 큰 목적은 '도움을 주고 받는 커뮤니티'를 형성하는 것 입니다. 그래서 전공분야 안에서 선후배 간의 교류를 잇는 단단한 다리역할을 하고있습니다.

EnoB와 아직까진 짧지만 지속적인 교류를 통하여 저희가 작게나마 도움을 드릴 수 있어 다행이라고 생각합니다. 학생으로서 뜻깊은 일에 참여하고 싶지만, 금전적으로 방법적으로도 부족한 저희에게 재능으로서 함께 참여할 수 있도록 자리를 마련해 주셔서 감사드리고, 앞으로도 지속적인 참여로 저희 학교 학생분들이 꾸준히 좋은 일에 동참할 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

Among many art institutions in the United States, Pratt has one of the highest numbers of Korean students currently attending. In March 2012, With the purpose of creating a ‘community of sharing and helping’, a group of students had gathered to establish Pratt Korean Student Association (PKSA). PKSA will do the best to make a ‘community of sharing and helping’ for Korean students. It is our goal to bridge between alumnus and current students to make a strong network and connections within their interested fields.

PKSA is anticipated to help EnoB on their upcoming event on Saturday, September 27th with our talented Pratt students. As students, we would love to participate in fundraising to support Spreading Happiness with EnoB but also, endorse with our talents at the Benefit Night.  We encourage you to come out to Benefit Night and spread happiness continuously in the future.

Korean Association of Parsons(KAP)

Korean Association of Parsons는 파슨스에 재학중이거나 졸업한 한인 학생들의 공식단체로서 세계 디자인의 중심지인 뉴욕과 한국의 각 문화 기관과 단체들을 연결함으로서 인적 네트워크의 역할을 수행하고 있습니다.

KAP is an official association for Parsons Korean students or alumni. In the midst of New York city, KAP participates to connect networks with many art culture institutions and organizations.

이노비의 새로운 인턴 김성환님을 소개합니다.

김 성환님은 숭실대학교 산업공학과  4학년 재학 중이시고 뉴욕에 어학연수로 있던 중, 우연히 알게 된EnoB의 취지와 뮤지션 분들의 열정 넘치는 공연에 반해 인턴을 지원하게 되셨다고 합니다. 평소 NGO 단체에도 관심이 많으셔서, 이번 기회로 봉사도 열심히 하면서 본인에게도 좋은 경험이 될 것 같다고 말씀하셨습니다.  새로이 EnoB 와 함께 행복 나눔을 하게 될 김성환님을 환영해주세요. :)

EnoB introduces our new intern from Korea, SungHwan Kim. He is currently a senior student at Soongsil University in Korea. While in New York, he learned about EnoB and loved the passion the organization and the musicians had at a concert. He always had interests in NGOs and wanted to be part of EnoB while his time in New York. From this opportunity, He hopes to volunteer and do hard work for himself but most importantly, to our community.

이노비의 새로운 인턴 문소정님을 소개합니다.

문 소정님은 메네스 음대 석사과정을 밟은 플룻티스트입니다. 음대를 다녔지만, 사회 문제에 관심이 많았고 토론하기를 즐겨 음대 졸업 후에는 한국외대 국제학부에 편입해 경제학 국제정치학 국제법 등을 공부했습니다. 단기 인턴이지만 항상 관심 있었던  NGO활동에 참여 할 수 있어서  설렌다는 말씀을 해주셨습니다. 이번 인턴십을 계기로 많은 것을 배우고 이노비와 좋은 인연을 지속할 수 있으면 좋겠다는 문소정님을 환영해주세요. :)

Introducing a new member to EnoB, SoJung Moon. SoJung Moon is a gifted flutist who graduated from Mannes college of music. She studied music all her life, but she has always been interested in social issues. Soon, She transferred to Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and continued her study in Economics, International Relations and International law. She is longing to participate and learn more from this wonderful opportunity at EnoB.
