EnoB Creative Arts Therapy is a 10-week semester based group therapy program that focuses on self-care through the exploration of music therapy or art therapy. The purpose of the program is to focus on improving or restoring their functioning and sense of personal well-being. By attending weekly, participants will develop resources to enhance mindfulness and stress management with an ultimate goal of balancing between their personal and professional lives.

Each session will meet one time a week for 60 minutes. Yearly, the program will be offered for a total of 38 weeks. We encourage participants to engage at their own pace, and we recommend participants to continue to foster their self-care and journey of self-growth by joining in multiple semesters.
